Join Pasadena Heritage for a peek into the early homes of Pasadena at the 2013 Spring Home Tour, Before the Bungalow. See Pasadena’s oldest residential architecture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries including Pasadena’s earliest existing residence, the Craig Adobe, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. On Saturday, March 23rd, Pasadena Heritage will host an illustrated lecture by Teresa Grimes of Galvin Preservation Associates, an architectural historian, preservationist, and recent Chair of the Pasadena Heritage board and Kevin Johnson of the Design & Historic Preservation Section from the City of Pasadena Planning & Community Development Department, followed by an afternoon drive-yourself tour of four significant homes of the period, many of which are on the National Register of Historic Places.
