CRAFTSMAN WEEK 2025

Many Pasadena residents know Pasadena Heritage for two things: The Bridge Party and Craftsman Weekend. We just completed the largest Bridge Party in our history in July with over 5000 in attendance.

"Craftsman Weekend" has been a much-loved celebration of all things "Arts & Crafts era," a heyday for Pasadena, which put its own design spin on the period, with Pasadena area architects, artists, and designers whose work is universally celebrated and copied for its unique style. Names like Greene & Greene, Batchelder tile, and many others have become synonymous with the period.

This year, we have expanded the event to "Craftsman Week" by inviting wonderful partners like the iconic Gamble House, designed by Greene & Greene, and Pasadena Museum of History, which keeps a registry of Batchelder tile and is hosting a special exhibition this year on the tile and its modern counterparts designed by artist Cha-Rie Tang.

Craftsman Week Events take place October 12-18, 2025 with an ArtNight Pasadena Open House preview at the Blinn House on October 10.
