What would Pasadena be without the architecture of Greene and Greene? Charles and Henry Greene's contributions to Craftsman design formed Pasadena's architectural identity in the early 20th century. This bike tour visits the local architecture of Greene and Greene, revealing the brothers' creative processes and design journey throughout the ride. Attendees will see over a dozen Craftsman houses located in several clusters from the Arroyo Seco to Oak Knoll, along with the great variety of Pasadena neighborhoods. The ride starts and ends at the Gamble House (1908), the Greenes' masterwork, with commentary from the curator of the Gamble House, Jennifer Trotoux, throughout the tour.
