The Gamble House Fire & Light Tour
$60 per person
Tour begins at 10:00am
The Gamble House is a glass-lover’s paradise, containing exquisite leaded art glass windows, light fixtures, wall sconces, cabinets, and doors. This two-hour, in-depth tour explores the leaded art glass in the Gamble House, noting the Greenes’ evolution with the medium, how the works were designed and produced, and the journey taken by glass artists and craftspeople of the period. The tour is conducted by John Hamm, a contemporary glass artist and Gamble House docent, who has immersed himself in the history of art glass and the Arts and Crafts movement. Mr. Hamm has created glass in a similar style using historic techniques for many historic and contemporary homes.
One-hour Docent-led Tour of the Gamble House
$20 per person | $17 for Seniors, Students, and 13-18 years

Your docent will lead an hour-long exploration of the house and its history through rooms lined with rare woods, featuring handcrafted details, fixtures, and furnishings designed by the architects and unique to the house.
