Take a rare look inside one of Pasadena’s largest and most important Arts & Crafts masterpieces, the Robert. R. Blacker House, designed by Greene & Greene in 1907. This special tour will be led by John Hamm, a nationally recognized glass artist who has recreated some of the original art glass that was removed from the Blacker House.

Drawing on his experience with the house and his decades of work in the Arts & Crafts tradition, John will offer a unique perspective on the craftsmanship, design, and intricate details that make the Blacker House so remarkable. Guests will have the opportunity to explore the house while learning more about its extraordinary art glass, tile, and the Greene brothers’ approach to creating a complete work of art.

This tour includes a demonstration by Hamm, taking place in the not often seen basement billiard room.
